Customs & Import Duties

AEONARIA ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — we handle customs so you don’t have to.

We pay the duties. AEONARIA prepays all import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees on your behalf. They are already included in the product price, so you pay nothing extra when your parcel arrives.

Nothing to do on delivery. Your piece is cleared through customs by our courier and delivered to your door — no customs bill, and no collection or brokerage fees for you.

Honest declarations. We declare the full item value on every customs form and clear every shipment lawfully. We do not under-declare value or mislabel parcels as “gift”.

Rare exceptions, outside our control. Customs is a government function, and in uncommon cases a destination authority may act in ways no seller can prevent — for example, holding a parcel for inspection (causing delay), requiring the recipient to provide identification or a tax/ID number before release, or, very rarely, imposing an unusual local charge the carrier cannot prepay, or refusing or seizing a shipment under local law. In these rare cases we will work with you to resolve it — including reshipping or refunding where a delivery genuinely cannot be completed — but we cannot guarantee against a government’s own actions, or against a delivery failing because a required recipient clearance step was not completed.

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
